Godrej Properties secured two land parcels totaling 17.5 acres in Greater Noida for Rs 842 crore. The plots, acquired through an e-auction by Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority, are expected to generate over Rs 5,000 crore in revenue from residential projects. The land has a development potential of 3.75 million square feet. This acquisition could enhance Godrej Properties’ portfolio and drive future growth in real estate market.
