CESC Ltd reported a 6.3% drop in Q3 FY25 consolidated net profit to ₹282 crore, down from ₹301 crore in the same period last year, impacted by lower regulatory income of ₹300 crore (vs ₹560 crore YoY) and higher expenses at ₹3,595 crore. Total income rose to ₹3,657 crore. The board declared an interim dividend of ₹4.50 per share, with January 16, 2025, as the record date.
