Cyient Ltd: Promoter ने Cyient DLM में 14.5% Stake Rs 879 Cr में बेचा
Cyient Ltd ने open market transactions से अपनी subsidiary Cyient DLM में 14.5% हिस्सेदारी Rs 879 crore में बेची। खरीदारों में HDFC MF, Citigroup Global Markets और Morgan Stanley शामिल हैं। बिक्री के बाद Cyient DLM में Cyient Ltd की हिस्सेदारी 52.16% रह गई। Cyient DLM के shares BSE पर 1.57% गिरकर Rs 776.10 पर बंद हुए।
