SEBI के नए Mutual Fund नियम Front-Running और Insider Trading रोकेंगे

Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) ने mutual fund regulations अपडेट किए हैं, जिनमें Asset Management Companies (AMCs) को front-running और insider trading रोकने के तंत्र बनाने होंगे। November 1 से AMCs को market abuse पकड़ने और रोकने के साथ compliance सुनिश्चित करने वाले systems लगाने होंगे, जिनकी जवाबदेही management पर होगी। AMCs को अनैतिक प्रथाओं की गोपनीय रिपोर्टिंग के लिए whistle-blower policies भी बनानी होंगी। ये कदम Axis AMC और LIC के खिलाफ हालिया front-running कार्रवाई के बाद आया है। निवेशकों के लिए ये mutual fund संचालन में market integrity और जवाबदेही बढ़ाता है।
