SEBI ने Pension Funds, Insurers से Municipal Bonds में निवेश की अपील की

Sebi Executive Director Pramod Rao ने pension funds और insurers से municipal bonds में ज्यादा निवेश करने को कहा, यह नोट करते हुए कि भारत का बाजार US के USD 4 trillion municipal bond market से काफी छोटा है। Rao ने municipal bonds के बढ़ते इस्तेमाल और bond market भागीदारी बढ़ाने के अभियानों पर जोर दिया। LIC के MD R. Doraiswamy ने विविध निवेशों में दिलचस्पी जताई, जबकि SBI MD Ashwini Kumar Tewari ने bond market में low-rated कंपनियों से जुड़े मुद्दे रेखांकित किए।
