SpiceJet: QIP से 3,000 Cr जुटाए
SpiceJet ने qualified institutional buyers (QIP) को shares बेचकर Rs 3,000 crore जुटाए हैं, जिनमें Societe Generale, Goldman Sachs (Singapore) और Nomura Singapore शामिल हैं। Funds struggling airline को creditors, lessors और vendors के dues चुकाने में मदद करेंगे। Rs 61.60 per share पर 48.7 crore से ज्यादा shares issued हुए। Major investors में Authum Investment (9.33%) और Discovery Global Opportunity (8.33%) शामिल हैं। Airline operations stabilize करने और financial position सुधारने का लक्ष्य रख रही है।
