ISA Steel Conclave 2024 में Union Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal ने steel industry को "Iron Man" कहा और sector को भारत के infrastructure का superhero बताया। उन्होंने घरेलू steel plants को सहारा देने और imports घटाने पर जोर दिया। Goyal ने 2047 तक 500 million tonnes steel capacity का लक्ष्य दोहराया और production बेहतर करने के लिए artificial intelligence इस्तेमाल पर बल दिया।
