Denta Water and Infra Solutions’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) was fully subscribed within minutes of opening. The IPO, priced at ₹279-₹294 per share, will raise ₹220.5 crore through a fresh issue of 75 lakh shares. Proceeds of ₹150 crore will fund working capital needs. Retail and non-institutional investor categories were subscribed 2.38x and 2.6x, respectively.
