In July, equity mutual fund inflows declined by 9% month-on-month to Rs 37,113 crore due to reduced investments in large-cap, small-cap, and mid-cap stocks. Despite this drop, it was the second-highest inflow ever. SIP contributions reached an all-time high of Rs 23,332 crore. The mutual fund industry saw net inflows of Rs 1.9 lakh crore, boosting assets to Rs 65 lakh crore.
