Ola Electric Mobility Ltd’s shares debuted at Rs 76 on the NSE, slightly below the issue price. The stock later surged nearly 20% to Rs 91.20 on NSE. The IPO, which raised Rs 6,145 crore, was oversubscribed 4.27 times. Proceeds will fund cell manufacturing expansion, R&D, debt repayment, and growth initiatives. The company’s market valuation stood at Rs 36,742.21 crore at early trade.
