Saraswati Saree Depot Ltd has announced its Initial Public Offering (IPO) with a price band of Rs 152-160 per share. The IPO will raise Rs 160 crore and opens for subscription from August 12 to August 14, with anchor investor bidding starting on August 9. The IPO includes a fresh issue of 65 lakh shares and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 35 lakh shares by promoters. Funds will support working capital and corporate needs.
