Zomato reported a 57.2% drop in Q3 FY25 net profit to Rs 59 crore, compared to Rs 138 crore a year ago. Revenue surged 64% year-on-year to Rs 5,405 crore, driven by its food delivery, Hyperpure, and Blinkit segments. However, expenses rose sharply to Rs 5,533 crore, impacting margins. Zomato’s stock fell 7.26% to Rs 230.70 on BSE, reflecting investor concerns over rising costs despite strong revenue growth.
