ABFRL: Board ने Rs 2,378.75 Crore Fundraising मंजूर किया
Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd (ABFRL) equity issuance से Rs 2,378.75 crore जुटाएगी। Board ने ये fundraising मंजूर किया है। Promoter इकाई Pilani Investment Rs 317.45 per share पर Rs 1,297.50 crore लगाएगी। Qualified Institutional Buyers से Rs 272.37 per share पर Rs 1,081.25 crore आएंगे। जुटाई गई राशि कंपनी के growth और expansion प्लान के लिए इस्तेमाल होगी।
