Arkade Developers: Bookings 20% बढ़ी, Strong Demand का संकेत
Arkade Developers ने FY25 में sales bookings 19.8% YoY बढ़कर ₹773 crore बताईं, जबकि Q4 bookings 11% बढ़कर ₹217 crore रहीं। कंपनी ने साल भर में 2.49 lakh sq ft बेचा, जो 22.7% YoY ज्यादा है। Mumbai के residential market में rising collections और demand के साथ Arkade की strong execution और steady growth future project launches से पहले investor interest खींच सकती है।
