Bharti Airtel: Indus Towers में Stake 50% से ऊपर जाएगा
₹465 प्रत्येक पर 5.67 crore shares के ₹2,640 crore buyback पूरा होने के बाद Bharti Airtel का Indus Towers में stake 50% से ऊपर जाएगा। फिलहाल 48.95% हिस्सेदारी है, buyback के बाद ownership करीब 50.005% हो जाएगी। Indus Towers ने 14 August को buyback शुरू किया, अंतिम settlement 28 August, 2024 को है।
