Godrej Properties: Record ₹10,163 Cr Sales, Bookings 31% उछलीं
Godrej Properties ने Q4 FY24-25 में अपनी highest-ever quarterly sales bookings ₹10,163 crore दर्ज कीं, जो 7% YoY ज्यादा हैं। Full-year bookings 31% उछलकर ₹29,444 crore रही, जिससे कंपनी bookings के हिसाब से top-listed real estate player बनी। ₹6,000 crore Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) और strong cash flow के सहारे यह growth sustained housing demand के बीच stock के लिए bullish momentum दिखाती है।
