Hindustan Unilever: ₹2,670 Cr Minimalist Acquisition को CCI मंजूरी
Competition Commission of India ने Hindustan Unilever को beauty brand Minimalist की parent company Uprising Science में 90.5% stake खरीदने की मंजूरी दे दी है, सौदा ₹2,670 crore का है। HUL अगले दो वर्षों में बाकी 9.5% खरीदने की योजना बना रही है। यह कदम HUL का beauty और personal care portfolio मजबूत करेगा, fast-growing premium skincare segment में market share और product offerings बढ़ाएगा।
