Indo National: Kineco में 51% Stake Rs 220 Cr में बेचा
Nippo batteries के लिए जानी जाने वाली Indo National Ltd ने composites manufacturer Kineco Ltd में अपना 51% stake Rs 220 crore में बेचने का ऐलान किया। कंपनी proceeds को aerospace, defense और new-age enterprises में invest करने की योजना रखती है। COO Pavan Kumar BVS ने कहा कि ये कदम consumers और shareholders के लिए value बनाने के strategic focus से मेल खाता है। Indo National India’s dry-cell battery market में second-largest player है।
