Classic Legends, a subsidiary of Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd, and retailer of the Jawa and Yezdi range of motorcycles in India aims to open 200 new retail showrooms each year. Currently operating 450 dealerships, the company plans to increase this to 600 by the end of the financial year. CEO Ashish Singh Joshi announced the launch of the BSA motorcycle range on August 15 and highlighted the inauguration of the largest Jawa-Yezdi showroom in Chennai. The company also focuses on expanding into electric vehicles, pending charging infrastructure improvements. This expansion could boost market presence and investor interest in Classic Legends and the broader motorcycle sector.
