KRN Heat Exchanger IPO: 25 September को खुलता है
KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration Ltd ने Rs 342-crore IPO के लिए Rs 209-220 per share का price band तय किया है, public subscription September 25-27 तक खुलेगी। कंपनी Neemrana, Rajasthan में नई manufacturing facility के लिए Rs 242.5 crore जुटाने की योजना रखती है। IPO में 1.55 crore fresh equity shares शामिल हैं, institutional और retail investors के लिए allocations के साथ। Heat ventilation and air-conditioning industry में KRN के clients में Daikin, Blue Star और Kirloskar शामिल हैं।
