ONGC’s Q3 net profit fell 16.7% YoY to Rs 8,240 crore due to lower crude oil prices, with realisations at USD 72.57 per barrel. Gross revenue declined 3.1% to Rs 33,771 crore. However, crude oil production rose 2.2% to 4.653 million tonnes, and gas production grew 0.3%. The board approved a second interim dividend of Rs 5 per share, totaling Rs 6,290 crore.
