Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India (SCHIL) has been listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) following its demerger from Sanofi India. The demerger, effective from June 1, 2024, was approved by the National Company Law Tribunal. SCHIL aims to capitalize on India’s growing consumer healthcare market for sustainable growth.
