Sebi ने Large Value Funds की Tenure Limit बढ़ाई
Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) ने Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) के नियम अपडेट किए हैं। Accredited investors के Large Value Funds (LVFs) अब unit holders के two-thirds की मंजूरी से tenure five years तक बढ़ा सकते हैं। इसके अलावा Category I और II AIFs अस्थायी कमी पूरा करने के लिए investable funds का 10% तक 30 days के लिए उधार ले सकते हैं। बदलाव स्पष्टता और operational flexibility बढ़ाने के लिए हैं। ये अपडेट AIFs को लचीलापन देते हैं, जिससे बड़े निवेशकों के लिए investment opportunities और regulatory compliance बेहतर हो सकते हैं।
