Vedanta Ltd ने lenders, BSE, NSE और SEBI से मंजूरी के बाद National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) में demerger scheme जमा की है। Demerger कंपनी को छह स्वतंत्र entities में बांटेगा: Vedanta Aluminium, Vedanta Oil & Gas, Vedanta Power, Vedanta Steel and Ferrous Materials, Vedanta Base Metals, और Vedanta Ltd। मकसद corporate structure सरल करना और वैश्विक निवेश आकर्षित करना है। Vedanta के ताजा नतीजे June quarter में net profit 36.5% बढ़कर Rs 3,606 crore दिखाते हैं। निवेशकों को कंपनी संरचना में बदलाव और संभावित बाजार असर पर नजर रखनी चाहिए।
