Sebi: Record Date के सिर्फ 2 Days बाद Bonus Shares Tradeable
October 1, 2024 से Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) investors को record date के दो दिनों बाद (T+2) bonus shares trade करने देगा। नया guideline market efficiency बढ़ाने का मकसद रखता है, bonus share allotment और trading के बीच delay घटाकर issuers और investors दोनों को फायदा। बदलाव October 1 से announced सभी bonus issues पर लागू होगा।
