Vodafone Idea: Gov’t Dues को Equity में बदलकर Stake 49% तक बढ़ाएगी
Indian government Vodafone Idea में अपना stake 48.99% तक बढ़ाएगी, Rs 36,950 crore outstanding spectrum auction dues को equity में बदलकर। कंपनी 30 days के भीतर Rs 10 प्रति share पर 3,695 crore equity shares जारी करेगी। ऊंचे government stake के बावजूद promoters operational control रखेंगे। यह कदम Vodafone Idea का debt burden कम करता है, financial stability बढ़ाता है और future operations को सहारा देता है।
