Medi Assist: Paramount Health Services का अधिग्रहण Rs 311 Cr में
Medi Assist Healthcare Services Paramount Health Services & Insurance TPA को पूरी तरह ₹311.8 crore में अधिग्रहित करेगी। भारत के third-party administration (TPA) क्षेत्र के सबसे बड़े सौदों में से एक ये अधिग्रहण Medi Assist की group segment में market share 36.6% और health insurance industry में 23.6% तक बढ़ाएगा। सौदा Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) की मंजूरी पर निर्भर है।
